How do I redeem my rewards for a gift card?

1. Log into your Meltek account on our mobile app or our website, app.meltek.com.
2. Navigate to 'Gift Cards + Bonuses'
   1. In the mobile app, go to the rewards page, scroll down to more checkout options, and select 'Gift Cards + Bonuses'
   2. On the website, you can find 'Gift Cards +Bonuses' on the righthand side of the dashboard.
3. Select your desired gift card from a multitude of well-known brands, including Meltek customer favorites like Amazon, Apple, Starbucks, and many more. You can also see trending gift card deals.
4. Double-check your selection and click "confirm."
5. You will get an email from a company called Prizeout, our gift card provider. The email will have instructions and a code to redeem your gift card.
6. Gift cards can also be accessed through the wallet (located on the top right corner of the 'Gift Cards + Bonuses' page).
7. That's it!

Didn't receive an email with your gift card? Please check your spam folder, and also navigate to your Meltek profile to make sure the email address attached to your Meltek account is correct.

Keep in mind the redemption expiration date.

Gift cards cannot be refunded.
