How do I cancel my enrollment with Con Edison's Bring Your Own Thermostat (BYOT) program?

• Call Con Edison's Energy Efficiency line at 877-870-6118 during business hours (Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm)
• Select your preferred language (1 for English, 2 for Spanish)
• Press 3 for "all other energy efficiency inquiries."
• Tell the representative that you would like to unenroll from BYOT
• The representative will ask for your name, ConEd account number, address, and other contact information.
• The request is then sent to the BYOT program administrator for processing.
