The tree-planting activities funded by you takes place within core reforestation sites around the world. These include mangrove planting in Madagascar, Afromontane tree-planting in Kenya and forest restoration in Nicaragua and Uganda. Ecologi partners with trusted tree-planting organizations to ensure that the right trees are being planted in the right places.They carefully select tree-planting organizations based on a number of important criteria, such as their: ecological knowledge and experience; monitoring capabilities; reputation; cooperation with local communities; labor practices; and project site protection capabilities.
