I saved energy during an Energy-Savings Event, when will I get paid?

After an Energy-Saving Event, your utility company measures exactly how much energy you were able to save and sends us this data. We then take that data and calculate and send you rewards! For our Con Edison customers, this process takes approximately two weeks (though we have been able to get users their rewards faster in certain instances!). For our Orange and Rockland customers, we expect payouts to be made in October. For our PSEG Long Island customers, we do not have access to that data until after the demand response season has concluded, so these Meltek users will receive their rewards in one lump sum later in the year. Nevertheless, we still work quickly to get our PSEG Long Island users rewards after we receive the data. We will be sure to follow up and let you know how much you've earned. Meltek wants to pay you as soon as possible for your effort in saving energy!
