Where can I find my Con Edison account number?

Whether you pay your ConEd bill through the mail, or electronically, Meltek is here to help you find all the information you need!

If you receive paper statements, you can find this account number at the very top of the first page of your Con Edison bill, right above the "Bill Breakdown" section. 

Similarly, if you pay your bill online, you will receive an email with an attachment. The attachment is an image of your statement and looks identical to the paper statement you would receive in the mail. Sometimes these electronic statements are password protected. If you need to unlock it, you can forward the email to help@meltek.io with the attachment, and we can unlock it for you.

You can also log in to retrieve your account number here: https://www.coned.com/en/login.  If you've never logged in before, you'll need to register by creating an email and password. Once you've logged in, go to Accounts & Billing to locate your utility bill. Again, your account number appears right under your name and right above "Bill Breakdown."
