What if I lose my gift card?

Meltek users can request payment in gift cards at any time. Select the amount of savings you want to exchange, and a card will be sent to you via email. Your email will have all the instructions on how to redeem the gift card. If you do not see an email, please look in your email spam folder for your gift card email. If you still can’t find it, don’t hesitate to email us at help@meltek.com. Please redeem the gift card as soon as possible to avoid losing it.
