How to Redeem Your Rewards

Follow these simple steps to redeem your Meltek rewards:

Step 1: Access Your Account

Login to the Meltek app at https://meltek.com/login using the email address you used during signup.

Step 2: Navigate to Transactions

Once logged in, click on "Transactions" in the left sidebar menu. This will display your current balance and all available redemption options.

Step 3: Choose Your Redemption Method

🎁 Option 1: Gift Cards + Bonuses

• Click on the "Gift Cards + Bonuses" button
• Browse and select your preferred gift card from popular retailers
• Choose your desired reward value
• Complete your purchase
• You'll receive an email with your gift card details shortly after purchase
• Once approved by our team, you can start using your gift card

Important Notes:

• Didn't receive an email with your gift card? Please check your spam folder, and also navigate to your Meltek profile to make sure the email address attached to your Meltek account is correct.
• Keep in mind the redemption expiration date.
• Gift cards cannot be refunded.

💰 Option 2: Cash Withdrawals to Bank Account

• Click "Connect Bank Account" in the Payout Methods section
• You'll be redirected to Stripe to securely add your bank details
• Once your bank account is connected, you can withdraw funds directly
• Note: Bank withdrawals may take 3-5 business days to process

🌱 Option 3: Make an Impact

Choose to donate your rewards through:

• Plant Trees - Support reforestation efforts with every dollar
• Offset Carbon - Reduce your carbon footprint through verified offset projects
• Donate to Charity - Support charitable organizations of your choice
