How to change Stripe Bank Account/Debit Card information?
You can change your bank account info with the 5 simple steps:
1. Log into your Meltek account: https://app.meltek.io/?login=yes, go into the Transactions Tab - located on the left side of your screen in your laptop or in the bottom of your screen in your mobile, then clicking on the button that says "View Stripe Account."
Once you click that button you will be redirected to your Stripe account where you can log in and make changes.
2. It will prompt for your stripe verification code which you would have received on your mobile.
3. Stripe will show the below screen. You need to click on the highlighted icon in the image shown below to navigate to your "stripe profile":
4. It will open your stripe profile. Scroll to the very bottom of the page. You will be able to view "Payout Details". To the very right, you will find an option to "Edit".
5. In the final step, click on "Edit," and you can choose from the following options:
- Select "Link another account" to connect through the bank's portal of your choice,
- or choose "Enter bank account details manually" to directly enter your routing and account number,
- or click on "Debit Card" at the top if you wish to add a new debit card for receiving payouts.
