Can I link my smart thermostats to my Meltek account?
Yes, you can link many thermostats, including Google Nest Thermostats, even Nest’s new “Learning” version, to your Meltek account through app. By connecting your thermostat to your Meltek account, you can effortlessly manage your energy usage and participate in demand response events to save electricity during peak times. Here's how you can do it:
- Open the Meltek app and sign in to your account. From the bottom menu, tap More, then choose Connected Devices. Select Connect, and under Smart Thermostats, tap Connect again to begin the setup.
- Follow the Prompts: The app will guide you through the process of connecting your thermostat. You may need to log in to your smart thermostat’s account and authorize the connection.
- Setup Complete: Once the connection is established, your Google Nest Thermostat will be linked to your Meltek account! You can now manage your thermostat and participate in demand response events directly through the Meltek app.
