All You Need to Know About QuickPayConnect
What is QuickPayConnect?
QuickPayConnect is an option we encourage our users in Con Edison and Orange & Rockland territories to enable.
For faster rewards and more knowledge of your energy usage, you can sign up for QuickPayConnect (QPC). By establishing this connection with Meltek, we can get information about your energy savings quicker so that we can make payments to you faster. QPC allows you near real-time energy consumption information and analysis, more importantly, you will receive FASTER PAYMENTS from Meltek post your participation in the Demand Response Events or when you refer someone to Meltek and they too signup for QuickPayConnect.

What are the benefits of setting up QPC?
- Simplified and faster payments after each demand response event -- With QPC, the payment process time will be shortened down to as little as 1 day (versus 2 to 3 weeks for our ConEd users and potentially many months, until after summer, for our Orange & Rockland users).
- Ability to set up multiple accounts
- Real-time energy usage tracking
How do I enable QPC for my Meltek account?
For new users (Existing Users Scroll Down), signing up is easy. For new users of Meltek, connect your utility account(s) from Con Edison or Orange & Rockland while signing up.
Step 1. Go to meltek.com and click "Sign Up". Select your customer type: Residential/Commercial
Step 2. Click “Enable QuickPayConnect” button
Step 3. Please follow the popup notice and remember to select “Share until I revoke it” for the Select and Share button.
Step 4. After clicking the "Enable QuickPay Connect" button, you will then be redirected to the Con Edition portal.
Confirm that your address is correct, and click the box titled "Share this service account data". Select “Share it until I revoke it” timeframe. After the utility connection is completed, you will be successfully connected to QPC with Meltek!
For existing Meltek users, you'll find "Enable QuickPayConnect" button in the Dashboard
Step 1: Login to your Meltek Account at https://app.meltek.io/?login=yes
Step 2: You will be able to see the Dashboard containing information on Quick Pay Connect. Click on "Enable QuickPay Connect" as highlighted in the below image.
Step 3. Please follow the popup notice and remember to select “Share until I revoke it” for the Select and Share button.
Step 4. After clicking the "Enable" button, you will then be redirected to the Con Edition portal.
